(1) Service Request
The customer can request service through the website or by phone. The company also reserves the right to contact the customer via email or other communication channels to confirm the request and its details.

The company's services include comprehensive home maintenance and installation work, such as air conditioning, electrical work, plumbing, appliance maintenance, finishing work, and other related services.

(2) Scope of Services
The company provides maintenance and installation services within the defined scope of work, including but not limited to:

Maintenance and repair of faults

Installation, dismantling, and transportation

Cleaning and maintenance of appliances and equipment

Infrastructure work (electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning)

Finishing work and various technical services

The company reserves the right to refuse any request that falls outside the scope of its services or does not conform to the terms, conditions, or approved technical standards.

(3) Booking and Appointments
The booking is confirmed after specifying the type of service, selecting the appropriate technician, and scheduling a suitable appointment.

The customer is obligated to be present at the scheduled time or authorize another person to attend. In case of delay or non-response, the company reserves the right to reschedule the appointment according to business circumstances.

(4) Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined based on the type of service, nature of the work, and the condition of the equipment or location.

Advertised prices are estimates and subject to change after inspection.

Payment is made after completion of the service or as previously agreed upon.

Prices do not include the cost of spare parts or materials unless explicitly agreed upon.

(5) Warranty
The company provides a warranty on the services provided as agreed upon with the client, covering only the quality of execution.

The warranty does not cover:
Faults resulting from misuse or negligence

Faults resulting from external factors (such as electricity, water, or environmental conditions)

Spare parts or materials used unless otherwise agreed upon

Any intervention by a third party not affiliated with the company
(6) Disclaimer
The company is not liable for faults not apparent before work commences.

If additional faults are discovered during execution, the client will be notified, and work will not proceed without their approval, at which additional costs will be charged.

The company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of outdated or faulty equipment or systems after the client has agreed to the service.

(8) Cancellation and Refund Policy
The client has the right to cancel the booking before the agreed-upon date without any fees.

If the technician arrives at the site and the client refuses to perform the service, the company has the right to charge a visit fee, which the client is obligated to pay.

The client is not entitled to a refund after the service has been fully completed.

(9) Safety
The company is committed to applying all occupational safety standards during the execution of work. The client must adhere to the following:

Securing and preparing the work site before the service begins.

Keeping children away from the work area for their safety.

Not interfering with the technician's work during the service.

The technician is also obligated to use the necessary safety tools and equipment in accordance with approved standards.

(10) Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary for the benefit of the business and the clients. Amendments will be published on the website and will be effective immediately upon publication.

(11) Governing Law
All terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

(12) Privacy
The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not share it with any third party, except as necessary to provide the service or as required by applicable regulations.
